How We Train at TNG Fitness
Training at TNG Fitness isn’t random workouts or cookie-cutter plans. It’s structured, progressive work built around your goals, movement, and life. Whether you’re chasing performance, physique changes, or long-term health, the process is clear and intentional.
Two Main Paths
You can work with me in two main ways:
- 1:1 Coaching — fully personalized training and coaching support.
- Programs — structured systems like Tactical Strength & Endurance (TSE).
Coaching is best if you want ongoing feedback and adjustment. Programs are best if you want a complete roadmap you can follow on your own.
How Training Works
No matter which path you choose, the framework stays the same: assess, plan, execute, review, adjust. You’re never just guessing.
Your training is built in phases — focusing on the right things at the right times. Strength, conditioning, and auxiliary work are programmed with your life and recovery in mind.
You train, track, and check in. We review progress, address movement issues, and adjust volume, intensity, or exercise selection as needed so you keep moving forward instead of stalling out.
Tactical Strength & Endurance (TSE)
TSE is a 12-week, tiered training system designed to build strength, conditioning, and endurance for tactical athletes and driven lifters. It’s structured, demanding, and built for people who want more from their training than just “getting a pump.”
TSE blends strength work, functional conditioning, and endurance into a single plan. Training days are structured to balance performance and recovery so you’re not constantly wrecked — but you are consistently challenged.
- Day 0 placement test to determine your tier
- Strength sessions focused on foundational lifts
- HIIT and functional conditioning days
- Longer endurance or ruck sessions for capacity
- Progressive overload built into each phase
TSE is ideal for active duty, first responders, and anyone who wants their training to support real-world demands — not just the mirror.
TSE uses a tiered structure so you start at the right level and earn your way up.
You’re not locked into a tier forever — progress tests and check-ins help determine when it’s appropriate to move up.
Coaching vs Programs
TSE is one part of what I offer. Most clients fall into one of two paths: fully coached, or program-based with occasional support. You can move between these as your needs and goals change.
Best if you want direct support, feedback, and adjustments built around your life, stress, and responsibilities.

If you’re unsure where to start, 1:1 coaching is usually the best place — we can always transition you to program-based work later.
Best if you’re able to execute on your own and want a proven, pre-built framework. TSE is the first of many.
