TNG Fitness is built on more than experience in the gym. As an ISSA Master Trainer with multiple specializations, I combine strength, nutrition, movement, and recovery science to design training that actually fits real life — and moves you forward.

ISSA Master Trainer

More Than a Single Cert

The ISSA Master Trainer credential is awarded only to trainers who complete the Certified Fitness Trainer plus at least five additional specializations. It represents depth in multiple areas — not just a single course or weekend workshop.

In practice, that means your training can address strength, physique, performance, pain, nutrition, and recovery — all under one coach.

Being an ISSA Master Trainer is less about the title and more about the toolbox behind it. It means I’ve formally studied:
