Is this program okay for beginners?
Yes. Tier 1 is designed for athletes who are rebuilding their base or coming back after time off. The structure, progressions, and clear instructions make it approachable as long as you’re willing to be consistent and honest with your effort.
How many days per week is TSE?
The system is built around structured strength, conditioning, and endurance days across the week. You’ll train multiple days per week, with clear rest days and deload phases so you can recover and keep progressing.
What equipment do I need?
You’ll get the most out of TSE with access to a basic gym: barbells, dumbbells, rack, bench, some form of cardio (track, road, treadmill), and tools for loaded carries or rucks. Alternatives and substitutions are provided where appropriate so you can adapt to your environment.
Can I run this with unit PT or another program?
Yes, but something has to be primary. TSE can complement unit PT or recreational training, but the best results come when you treat this as your main plan and adjust other work around it so you’re not burning out your recovery.
Does this include coaching or check-ins?
