What It's Like To Work With Me
Do I need to be “in shape” first?
No. My job is to meet you exactly where you are now. We'll use assessments and honest conversation to find the right starting point, then progress at a pace that challenges you without breaking you.
What if my schedule is crazy?
I've trained Sailors and shift workers whose schedules change weekly. We'll build a flexible framework with non-negotiable priorities so you can stay consistent even when your calendar isn't.
Is this just workouts, or do you help with habits too?
You'll get structured training, but we'll also work on routines, sleep, nutrition, and stress management. Training is one piece of the system — the habits around it are what make results stick.
How do we get started?
Step one is a consult. We'll talk goals, background, injuries, and logistics. If we're a good fit, I'll outline a plan and next steps so you know exactly what the first 4–6 weeks will look like.
