Tactical Strength & Endurance (TSE)
TSE is a structured, 90-day training system that blends strength work, conditioning, and endurance into clear weekly plans — organized into tiers so it meets you where you are.

TSE uses a Day 0 placement test to put you in the right tier, then progresses through three phases: Foundation, Build, and Perform. You’ll know exactly what to do each day — with strength sessions, HIIT, functional conditioning, and distance work laid out for you.

Most programs only care about the one hour you spend in the gym. TNG looks at the entire 24-hour cycle — training, sleep, nutrition, stress, and recovery — so your effort actually turns into progress.
